Service Description
A clinical, verbal breakdown of your business from a hyper-sensitive palate. I identify exactly where you are losing customers - whether it's flavor imbalance, lighting temperature, or service friction. The Format: Live Consultation Only: I do not write PDF reports. I tell you exactly what is wrong, face-to-face, while I am experiencing it. You take notes if you need. The "Blind Spot" Check: I will point out sensory issues (smell, sound, texture) that your staff has become "nose-blind" to. Menu Stress-Test: I will taste key dishes and analyze their sensory composition on the spot. Strict Rules (Read Before Booking): Mandatory Presence: The Owner or General Manager MUST be present. No-Show Policy: If the decision-maker is not there when I arrive, I will leave. The service will be considered "rendered" and no refund will be issued. You will still get review + pictures posted. I do not do "catch-up" calls later. Duration: Service lasts up to 90 minutes. If the audit is complete in 30 minutes, I depart. The value is the insight, not the clock.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Due to the high-demand nature of my schedule and the research required for each visit, the following rules apply to all bookings: 1. 48-Hour Notice Required Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-Shows: Failure to attend (or if the venue is closed upon arrival) results in total forfeiture of the booking fee. 2. The "Integrity" Clause (No Refunds on Ratings) This transaction covers the production of a professional review and/or consultation. It does not purchase a positive opinion. No refunds will be issued based on the star rating or critique received. 3. Tier 3 Specific: Mandatory Presence For the Sensory Audit ($650), the Business Owner or General Manager MUST be present. If the decision-maker is not on-site within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is considered "Cancelled by Client" and the fee is forfeited. 4. The "Ghost" Exception If I determine that my cover has been blown or I am receiving fabricated "VIP Service" that compromises the data, I reserve the right to abort the visit. In this specific instance, you will be offered a choice of a Full Refund or a Reschedule with a new disguise. 5. Comp Policy Booking fees cover labor and production only. All food, beverage, and gratuity incurred during the visit must be comped by the venue at the time of service. By completing this booking, you agree to these terms.
